Scheduling + Ordering Terms

What's your cancellation policy?

For Locations + Addresses Within NYC’s 5 Bouroughs:

All appointments must be canceled more than 4 hours from the scheduled appointment time otherwise there will be a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee.

For All Other Locations outside of NYC:

All appointments must be canceled more than 12 hours from the scheduled appointment time, otherwise there will be a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee.

What if the weather isn't ideal?

There is no cancellation fee, even under the 4 hr window, if the weather would make the photography impossible or dangerous to people or equipment, such as severe rain and wind, hurricane and blizzard conditions, tornado warnings, etc.

For days on photo shoots with cloudy or gray skies, we don’t automatically cancel. All shoots have an optional free blue sky edit/adjustment for the final pictures.

If you insist that the skies look perfect during the photo shoot, please cancel and reschedule your shoot prior 4 hrs to the appointment.
What time of day is best to schedule the photography?

For photo shoots with interior pictures only, then almost any time of day works. If the interior space(s) have amazing views and capturing that view is paramount, then contact us first before booking your appointment. We would be happy to help you figure out the best time of day.

For exterior photography, there is a definite time of day that is best suited to the property. Please contact us first so that we can help you decide on the best time to shoot.

How soon can I get my real estate photography?
What does "photo ready" space mean?

A photo-ready space means that it has been prepared for the photoshoot. Both exterior and interior spaces are not messy, have been cleaned, decluttered, and cleared of any unnecessary items. The goal of a successful real estate photo shoot is to showcase the space, not the stuff that’s in the space.

Upon arrival, what if the space is not ready for photography?

A non-refundable 50% cancellation fee will apply if the space is not photo ready and customer decides to re-schedule rather than go ahead with the photograph of the property. If the space is too messy and requires more than 30 minutes to prepare for the photoshoot, then a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee will apply.
What if I can't gain access to the property?

A non-refundable 50% cancellation fee will apply if the photographer cannot gain access to the building, home or space due to any reason (ie: not arranging before hand, cleared access with current tenants, forgot keys, brought wrong keys, keys don’t work, missing keys, forgot combination lock code, etc) It’s the responsibility of the real estate agent to guarantee access to the property.
What if I'm late or can't show up to the photo shoot?

A non-refundable 50% cancellation fee will apply if the customer fails to show up to a scheduled appointment or is unable to arrive to the scheduled appointment on time due to traffic or any other reason. On time means: you must arrive within 15 mins of the confirmed scheduled time.
What kind of post production is included with my final real estate pictures?
All of the following items are included in our photo fees:

What picture editing is not included in the photo fees?

All property pictures are delivered “as is”

If you would like to alter any image (remove items and objects, hide eye sores such as water stains on ceiling or walls, large holes in walls, broken cabinets, satined rugs and carpets, etc) then additional post production fess will apply per picture.

All retouching requests must be made in writing (email or text) and a price for alterations will be forwarded to you. Payment required before work is done. Turn around for additional work on pictures is typically 24-48 hours.
There are pets in the property, is that ok?

Pets must be removed from the property during the photo shoot. If removal isn’t possible, then they must be contained in a space that will not be photographed. Please alert the photographer on what measures you made to protect him and his equipment from any possible damages or harm.
